Limb positioners were designed to obviate the need for a surgical assistant to hold an extremity throughout a case. We describe our novel technique of utilizing a non-sterile articulating limb positioner for elbow surgery in order to allow 360-degree access to the elbow, freedom of movement, and easy fluoroscopy access. This is a useful positioning technique to address olecranon fractures, distal humerus fractures, terrible triad fracture dislocations/traumatic instability, elbow arthroplasty, and humeral shaft fractures (lateral patient position)
