During this lecture, LouAnne will help you to learn how to discern the difference between epilepsy and seizure as well as Identify and classify seizure according to the 2017 ILAE guidelines. We will discuss when to treat seizure and what medication/medications are most appropriate to treat various different types of seizure. Case studies to practice utilizing the information learned in the lecture will also be presented.
