Prostatic Artery Embolization (PAE) is a promising, safe, and minimally invasive procedure for lower urinary tract symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. The difficulties come from the following factors: target vessel recognition, small tortuous vasculature, atherosclerosis, and the wide collateral network.
