Nick is an emergency-trained physician assistant with both clinical and educational experience in rural emergency, hospital, correctional, and primary care medicine. He has a passion for educating clinicians/students in practical and effective medical approaches through philanthropy. Nick is currently practicing correctional medicine in Eureka, California.

This lecture is intended to provide primary care providers with a rapid and effective means of assessing acute cardiac patients honing in on red flag signs and symptoms to determine the need for emergency department evaluation. Nick presents a focused approach developed from his experiences as a paramedic and working in rural Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) 52 miles from the nearest medical facility.
