The quality of the physical 3D printed model is influenced by many factors such as medical image quality, virtual modeling software, software inter-operator variability, printer hardware, material selection, finishing process, etc. Moreover, extensive process requirements are needed in order to assure model quality and traceability, patient privacy and general logistics.
