Considering this and the fact that most, if not all drawings and descriptions of the anatomy in this area are with the shoulder at relative adduction and neutral rotation, a cadaveric dissection and anatomy review with the shoulder in 90 degrees of forward flexion and max internal rotation accompanies the surgical video to help surgeons with the preoperative planning for this challenging case
