3D CT scan fracture analysis, varus/valgus stress test, competent LCL, EDC splitting approach, proper trialing and sizing with the EVOLVE prosthesis system, avoiding varus, evaluating alignment and congruency with the capitellum, rationale of using an axisymmetric smooth stem device, and post-op rehabilitation protocol.
