This technique allows surgeons to easily deliver the arthroscopic camera and instruments into the same location into the subacromial space to facilitate early debridement. A rigid cannula and standard anterior and posterior portals are needed to perform this technique. This technique can facilitate performing the initial subacromial debridement. This process can also allow for making more accurate portals to treat various conditions and pathologies in the subacromial region of the shoulder.
